Glass forming method
Blow molding: This is a common glass molding method, including mechanical blow molding and hand blow molding two ways.
Pressing: This is a technique in which glass is melted and then pressed into shape.

Annealing treatment
Annealing: The glass products after forming need to be sent to the annealing kiln for annealing treatment to balance the internal stress and prevent self-cracking.
Production process flow
Raw material preparation: First of all, we need to prepare the raw materials required for the production of glass, such as quartz sand, soda ash, etc.
Melting: The prepared raw material is heated to a high temperature to melt it into liquid glass [3].
Molding: Using the molding method mentioned above, the molten glass is molded into the desired shape and size.
Annealing: After forming, the glass products need to be annealed to eliminate internal stress and improve the durability of the product.
